- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I visited Olive Tree Dental after a couple of years of not having seen a dentist. I decided this was a good time to get a cleaning since I was not feeling too good about my oral health. The location is close to my house and that was a great plus for me. I am currently on the Denti-Cal plan and I was happy to go to this clinic. As I entered I was greeted by the front desk person who seemed kind and was quick to ask for my information and had already prepared my paperwork. I was then shown into the room and got quite a few X-rays of my jaw taken by the kind and concerned dental assistant. It was a little bit painful holding still with the probe in my mouth but I was delighted that it was done quickly. Finally I met Dr. Marna Mar Longakit and she was incredibly nice and caring. She spoke to me about my interests and motivated me in my studies. She proceeded to do my cleaning for me and talked me through the process. She explained where and how I should continue brushing and complimented me on my teeth (I had braces in my teens). I had some buildup and the doctor advised me to come in for a deep cleaning later on. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I came here to get a second opinion from my previous dentist who recommended me to get thousands of dollars worth of treatment done. Dr. Longakit kindly showed me the X-ray of my teeth and advised me not to go through the unnecessary treatments but to have better brushing techniques to control my teeth sensitivity. The staff created a friendly environment for the patients, and I'm happy to say I have found a knowledgeable, honest dentist close to home.August 22, 2017by J Sung
